Our mission
Harbor Alliance’s mission is to prevent human trafficking and exploitation by educating communities, connecting people with reporting and support resources, and developing practical tools and partnerships that help prevent harm.
We bring people, employers, and local organizations together to recognize concerns and respond safely. Our roots are in El Paso, Texas; our free community education and public resources are available nationwide.
